How far in advance should I book?
We recommend making your reservation by the day before your planned transportation date.
As we operate primarily by advance reservation, same-day bookings are usually not available.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation is free before the vehicle departs.
If you cancel after the vehicle has already left our office, or if you cancel without notice, a cancellation fee may be charged.

What kind of vehicle do you use?
We use a wagon-type light vehicle/minivan suitable for pet transportation.

How do you manage temperature in summer and winter?
Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Our vehicle is equipped with air conditioning and heating to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the year.
During hot weather, we take extra precautions to reduce the risk of heat stress.
What happens in case of an accident?
In the unlikely event of an accident, compensation will be handled within the coverage of our insurance.

Yes. Early morning and late-night transportation may be available with advance reservation.

Same-day requests for early morning or late-night transportation are usually not available.
