Pet Taxi Rates & Fees
Professional pet transportation service covering Tokyo, Yokohama, Kawasaki, Haneda Airport, and Narita Airport. Our fees are based on distance, pickup location, waiting time, and applicable toll road charges.
Basic Distance Fee
The base fare starts at ¥300 within 1 km. Additional distance is charged by kilometer.
Distance is calculated using the recommended route by NAVITIME from pickup point to destination.
For same-day round trips to veterinary hospitals, a 10% discount is available when we wait on-site.
The first 30 minutes are free.
After 30 minutes, ¥300 will be charged every 10 minutes.
Parking fees will be charged at actual cost when paid parking is used.
Pickup fee is ¥150 per km from our office to the pickup location.
If expressway tolls or other toll road charges are incurred, they will be charged separately at actual cost.
There is no return transport fee.
However, if expressways are used on the route to the pickup point, only the actual ETC toll fee for the return trip will be charged.
For service between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, pickup, transport, and waiting fees are charged with a 20% surcharge.
Hourly & Full-Day Charter
Up to 10 km: ¥5,000.
For distances over 10 km, the distance fare will be added.
Extra time: ¥2,500 per hour, or ¥1,250 per 30 minutes.
Up to 80 km per day: ¥20,000.
For distances over 80 km, the distance fare will be added.
Over 8 hours: ¥2,500 per hour, or ¥1,250 per 30 minutes.
Cancellation before dispatch is free of charge.
A ¥3,000 cancellation fee applies if there is no notice, or if our vehicle has already left our office.
The number and size of pets are limited by the carrying capacity of the vehicle.
There is no extra charge for multiple pets within the vehicle capacity.
No weekend or holiday surcharge.
Owners may ride together as attendants and supervisors for their pets.
Special rates are available for U.S. military personnel and their families. Please contact us in advance for details and a quotation.

We currently accept cash payments in Japanese Yen (JPY) only.
Credit cards, electronic payments, and bank transfers are not available at this time.
Payment is collected at the time of transportation service.
