Pet Taxi – Important Information
Our pet taxi service is operated as a registered cargo transportation business. Under Japanese transport rules, pets are handled as cargo. This service is for pet transportation only.
Before Using Our Pet Taxi
Owner-only transport is not available This service cannot be used only for the owner’s personal transportation.
Please prepare a carrier or crate For safety, cats and small animals must travel in a carrier.
Same-day booking is not available Please contact us in advance by email.
Please tell us your pet’s condition Let us know if your pet is elderly, nervous, injured, or has any medical concerns.
Unsafe handling We may not be able to accept transport if your pet is aggressive or difficult to handle safely.
Long-distance transport For airport transfers, relocation, or long-distance trips, please contact us early.
Our Responsibility and Insurance
Coverage for accompanying persons If an accompanying person is injured in an accident while riding in our vehicle, compensation will be handled within the coverage of our bodily injury liability insurance.

Coverage for pets We are covered by transportation insurance for pets during transport. If a pet dies due to a transport accident such as collision, fire, or overturning, compensation will be handled within the insurance coverage.
Injuries to pets are not covered.

Disclaimer
Unless there is negligence on our part, the following cases are not covered by compensation or liability:
- Death, escape, or injury of a pet during transport.
- Accidents or damages caused by third parties.
- Death caused by environmental change, stress, shock, or similar reasons during transport.
- Illness or death that occurs at pickup, after delivery, or after the transport has ended.
